The rule implements section 1512 of Public Law 111–5, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the ‘‘Recovery Act’’), which requires Federal contractors that receive awards (or modifications to existing awards) funded, in whole or in part, by the Recovery Act to report quarterly on the use of the funds at federalreporting.gov.
