recruit agricultural workers in
compliance with the regulations at 20
CFR 653.500. These same forms are also
used by State Workforce Agencies and
One-Stop Career Centers to recruit
workers from outside the local

Pursuant to Section 223 of the Trade
Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated in response
to a petition filed on July 7, 2009 by a
company official on behalf of workers of
InteDent Service Corporation, Stockton,
California.
The petitioning group of workers is
covered by an earlier petition (TA–W–
71,328) filed on June 22, 2009 that is the
subject of an ongoing investigation for
which a determination has not yet been
issued. Further investigation in this case
would duplicate efforts and serve no
purpose; therefore the investigation
under this petition has been terminated.

ACTION: Notice of availability of
proposed records schedules; request for
comments.
SUMMARY: The National Archives and
Records Administration (NARA)
publishes notice at least once monthly
of certain Federal agency requests for
records disposition authority (records
schedules). Once approved by NARA,
records schedules provide mandatory
instructions on what happens to records
when no longer needed for current
Government business. They authorize
the preservation of records of
continuing value in the National
Archives of the United States and the
