review period. Failure to comply with
this requirement could result in the
Secretary’s presumption that
reimbursement of the antidumping
duties occurred and the subsequent
assessment of double antidumping
duties. This notice also serves as a
reminder to parties subject to
administrative protective orders
(‘‘APOs’’) of their responsibility
concerning the return or destruction of
proprietary information disclosed under
APO in accordance with 19 CFR
351.305, which continues to govern
business proprietary information in this
segment of the proceeding. Timely
written notification of the return/
destruction of APO materials or
conversion to judicial protective order is
hereby requested. Failure to comply
with the regulations and terms of an
APO is a violation that is subject to
sanction.
We are issuing and publishing these
amended final results of review and
notice in accordance with sections
751(a) and 777(i) of the Act.

Title: Positioning Stage.
Abstract: This invention provides a
positioning device and method for
positioning objects. The device includes
a movable stage and a pair of levers. The
pair of levers is symmetric about a first
axis of the movable stage. Additionally,
the pair of levers is parallel to a second
axis of the movable stage. This second
axis is perpendicular to the first axis.
Each of the pair of levers applies a force
to the movable stage. Each of the pair of
levers moves in an arc. The two levers
move in opposite directions along their
respective arc. The two arcs are
symmetrical about an axis of the
movable stage.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Members
of the subgroup of the Golden Crab
Advisory Panel will meet from 8:30 a.m.
- 5 p.m. on August 24, 2009, and from
8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. on August 25,
2009.
A subgroup of the Golden Crab
Advisory Panel will meet to discuss
Limited Access Privilege Program
design features for the commercial
golden crab fishery in the South
Atlantic Economic Exclusive Zone
(EEZ) and provide recommendations to
the Council.
Although non-emergency issues not
contained in this agenda may come
before this group for discussion, in
accordance with the Magnuson-Stevens
Fishery Conservation and Management
Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act), those
issues may not be the subject of formal
action during these meetings. Actions
will be restricted to those issues
specifically identified in this notice and
any issues arising after publication of
this notice that require emergency
action under Section 305(c) of the
Magnuson-Stevens Act, provided the
public has been notified of the Council’s
intent to take final action to address the
emergency.

specified in this agenda are subject to
