notice is hereby given that the
Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration (SAMHSA)
Center for Substance Abuse Prevention
(CSAP) National Advisory Council
(NAC) will meet on August 5, 2009 from
2 p.m. to 4 p.m. via teleconference.
The meeting will include the review,
discussion, and evaluation of grant
applications reviewed by Initial Review
Groups. Therefore, the meeting will be
closed to the public as determined by
the Administrator, SAMHSA, in
accordance with Title 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)
(6) and 5 U.S.C. App.2, Section 10(d).
Substantive program information, a
summary of the meeting and a roster of

SUMMARY: In compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this
request for comments announces that
the U.S. Coast Guard is forwarding an
Information Collection Request (ICR),
abstracted below, to the Office of
Information and Regulatory Affairs
(OIRA), Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) requesting an extension
of its approval for the following
collection of information: 1625–0071,
Boat Owner’s Report, Possible Safety
Defect. Our ICR describes the
information we seek to collect from the
public. Review and comments by OIRA
ensure we only impose paperwork
burdens commensurate with our
performance of duties.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Coast
Guard invites comments on whether
this ICR should be granted based on it
being necessary for the proper
performance of Departmental functions.
In particular, the Coast Guard would
appreciate comments addressing: (1)
The practical utility of the collections;
(2) the accuracy of the estimated burden
of the collections; (3) ways to enhance
the quality, utility, and clarity of
information subject to the collections;
and (4) ways to minimize the burden of
collections on respondents, including
the use of automated collection
techniques or other forms of information
technology.
Comments to Coast Guard or OIRA
must contain the OMB Control Number
of the ICR. They must also contain the
docket number of this request [USCG
2009–0086]. For your comments to
OIRA to be considered, it is best if they
