Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade
Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated on April 8,
2009 in response to a petition filed on
behalf of workers at Mercedes-Benz
United States International, Inc., Vance,
Alabama. The workers at the subject
facility produce GL class, M class and
R class vehicles.
The petitioners have requested that
the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade
Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated on March 31,
2009 in response to a petition filed by
a company official on behalf of workers
at Weyerhaeuser Company, iLevel
Dallas Sawmill, Dallas, Oregon. The
workers at the subject facility produced
rough planed lumber.
The petitioner has requested that the
petition be withdrawn. Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade
Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated on April 21,
2009 in response to a worker petition
filed by workers of Castec, Inc., North
Hollywood, California.
The petitioners have requested that
the petition be withdrawn.
Consequently, the investigation has
been terminated.
