Specifically, the Commission set a deadline of May 14, 2009 for submission of certain types of additional information regarding the operations of ArcelorMittal, its affiliates including Mittal USA, and its predecessor companies including Ispat and Ispat Inland. The Commission additionally established a deadline for May 29, 2009, for submission of written comments. On May 11, 2009, counsel for Mittal USA filed a request for an extension of time to submit additional information regarding the operations of ArcelorMittal. The Commission has found good cause to extend this deadline from May 14, 2009 to May 18, 2009. Because the Commission has extended the deadline for submission of new information into the record, the Commission is also extending the deadline for submission of written comments from May 29, 2009 to June 1, 2009. Except for the due dates, all restrictions concerning these submissions specified in the May 4, 2009 notice remain applicable.
