The workers are engaged in the production of semiconductor processing equipment. New information shows that worker separations occurred involving employees who provided sales and services supporting the Kalispell, Montana location of Semitool, Incorporated working at various locations in the above mentioned States. Based on these findings, the Department is amending this certification to include employees of the Kalispell, Montana facility of Semitool, Incorporated working out of the above mentioned States. The intent of the Department’s certification is to include all workers of Semitool, Incorporated, Kalispell, Montana who were adversely affected by increased imports of semiconductor processing equipment. Kongsberg Automotive, formerly known as Teleflex, Incorporated, 
including on-site leased workers from Labor Finders, The Arnold Group, 
and LSI Staffing, Haysville, Kansas. The notice was published in the 
Federal Register on January 26, 2009 (74 FR 4463).
    At the request of the company official, the Department reviewed the 
certification for workers of the subject firm. The workers produce
