Notice of Termination of Investigation
Pursuant to Section 221 of the Trade
Act of 1974, as amended, an
investigation was initiated on January
22, 2009 in response to a worker
petition filed by the company official on
behalf of workers of The Jim Hamer
Company, Kenova, West Virginia.
The petitioner has requested that the
petition be withdrawn. Consequently,
the investigation has been terminated.

Pursuant to the provisions of
the Federal Advisory Committee Act
(Pub. L. 92–463, as amended), notice is
hereby given that the following
meetings of Humanities Panels will be
held at the Old Post Office, 1100

given in confidence to the agency by the
grant applicants. Because the proposed
meetings will consider information that
is likely to disclose trade secrets and
