amendment to the Agreement and
Stipulation jointly filed with the
Commission Trial Staff on October 31,
2003 in compliance with the
Commission’s November 14, 2008,

Merchant Services, Inc., 125 FERC

Any person desiring to intervene or to

date. Withdrawal of the tariffs serves to
terminate this proceeding and
eliminates the need for the technical
conference scheduled for Tuesday,
December 16, 2008.
