meeting, interested persons may submit
to the Division of Dockets Management

comments related to the questions and
the focus of this public meeting, as well
as comments including available data
and information submitted in response
to the data call. All relevant data and
information should be submitted with
the written comments. Submit a single
copy of electronic comments or two
paper copies of any mailed comments,
except that individuals may submit one
paper copy. Comments are to be
identified with the docket number
found in brackets in the heading of this
document. Received comments may be
posted without change to https://
www.regulations.gov, including any
personal information provided.

Pursuant to Public Law 92–463,
notice is hereby given that the
Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration (SAMHSA)
Center for Substance Abuse Treatment
(CSAT) National Advisory Council will
meet on August 21, 2008, from 1 p.m.
to 3 p.m. and on September 9, 2008,
from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. via
teleconferences.
The meetings will include discussion
and evaluation of grant applications
reviewed by Initial Review Groups.
Therefore, the meetings will be closed to
the public as determined by the
Administrator, SAMHSA, in accordance
with Title 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(6) and 5
U.S.C. App. 2, Section 10(d).
Substantive program information, a
summary of the meetings and a roster of
Council members may be obtained as
soon as possible after each meeting,

SUMMARY: In compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this
request for comments announces that
the U.S. Coast Guard is forwarding two
Information Collection Requests (ICRs),
abstracted below, to the Office of
Information and Regulatory Affairs
(OIRA), Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) requesting an extension
of their approval for the following
collections of information: (1) 1625–
0081, Alternate Compliance Program,
and (2) 1625–0083, Operational
Measures for Existing Tank Vessels
Without Double Hulls. Our ICRs
describe the information we seek to
collect from the public. Review and
comments by OIRA ensure we only
impose paperwork burdens
commensurate with our performance of
duties.
