Written Submissions: The Commission does not plan to hold a public hearing in connection with preparation of these reports. However, interested persons are invited to submit written statements containing data and other information concerning the matters to be addressed. The Commission’s rules authorize the filing of submissions with the Secretary by facsimile or electronic means only to the extent permitted by section 201.8 of the rules (see Handbook for Electronic Filing Procedures, https:// www.usitc.gov/secretary/fed_reg_ notices/rules/documents/handbook_on_ electronic_filing.pdf). Persons with questions regarding electronic filing should contact the Secretary (202–205– 2000). Any submissions that contain confidential business information must also conform with the requirements of section 201.6 of the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR 201.6). Section 201.6 of the rules requires that the cover of the document and the individual pages be clearly marked as to whether they are the ‘‘confidential’’ or ‘‘non-confidential’’ version, and that the confidential business information be clearly identified by means of brackets. All written submissions, except for confidential business information, will be made available for inspection by interested parties. The Commission will not publish such confidential business information in the monitoring reports it posts on its Web site in a manner that would reveal the operations of the firm supplying the information. (‘‘the Act’’), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (‘‘ASME’’) has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing additions or changes to its standards development activities. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. ACTION: Termination of five-year review.

SUMMARY: The subject five-year review was initiated in May 2008 to 
determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on lawn and 
garden steel fence posts from China would be likely to lead to 
continuation or recurrence of material injury. On July 18, 2008, the
