Termination of investigation.
SUMMARY: On June 16, 2008, the
Department of Commerce published
notice in the Federal Register of a
negative final determination of sales at
less than fair value in connection with
the subject investigation (73 FR 33985).
Accordingly, pursuant to 19 U.S.C.
1673d(b)(1) and section 207.40(a) of the
Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (19 CFR 207.40(a)), the
antidumping investigation concerning
certain steel nails from the United Arab
Emirates (investigation No. 731–TA–
1115 (Final)) is terminated.

accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed
information collection is published to
obtain comments from the public and
affected agencies. This proposed
information collection was previously
published in the Federal Register
Volume 73, Number 83, Pages 23273 on
April 29, 2008, allowing for a 60-day
comment period. The purpose of this
notice is to allow for an additional 30
days for public comment until August 7,
2008. This process is conducted in
accordance with Title 5, Code of Federal
Regulations (CFR), Section 1320.10.
Written comments and/or suggestions
regarding the items contained in this
notice, especially the estimated public
burden and associated response time,
