Alaska’s 3-month total unemployment rate rose above the 6.5 percent threshold and equaled 110 percent of the corresponding rate in the prior year. This causes the state to be triggered ‘‘on’’ to an EB period beginning June 1, 2008. SUMMARY: This notice announces a change in the benefit period
