These applicants would typically be school counselors, registrars, and Migrant Education Program (MEP) specialists. The MSIX is authorized under Section 1308(b)(1) and (2) of Part C of Title l of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.
