Thus, it is not practicable to complete these reviews within the original time limit. AGENCY: Background At the request of interested parties, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Thailand for the period August 1, 2006, through July 31, 2007. On March 25, 2008, we published in the Federal Register a notice extending the due date for the completion of these preliminary results of review from May 2, 2008, to July 1, 2008.
