AGENCY: United States International Trade Commission.

ACTION: Termination of five-year reviews.

SUMMARY: The subject five-year reviews were initiated in October 2007 
to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order on 
sulfanilic acid from Hungary and the antidumping duty orders on 
sulfanilic acid from Hungary and Portugal would be likely to lead to 
continuation or recurrence of material injury. On February 8, 2008, the 
Department of Commerce published notice that it was revoking the orders 
effective November 8, 2007, ``{b{time} ecause the domestic interested 
party has withdrawn its participation and substantive responses in 
these sunset reviews * * * '' (73 FR 7527). Accordingly, pursuant to 
section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)), the 
subject reviews are terminated.
