However, if it is not practicable to complete the review within the time period, section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act allows the Department to extend these deadlines to a maximum of 365 days and 180 days, respectively. In accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act, and 19 CFR 351.213(h)(2), the Department finds that it is not practicable to complete the review within the original time frame (i.e., by October 30, 2007). Specifically, the Department requires additional time to review complex issues raised in the case briefs. In addition, the Department accepted new factual information late in the proceeding and finds it necessary to take additional time to complete an analysis of that information. Because it is not practicable to complete this administrative review within the time limit mandated by section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.213(h)(2), the Department is extending the time limit for completion of the final results of this administrative review by 45 days, to no later than December 14, 2007. Extension of Time Limits for Final Results
