On June 26, 2007, petitioner withdrew
its request for this administrative review
with respect to the respondent, Areva.
Areva did not request an administrative
review for this period.
Rescission of Review
The Department’s regulations at
section 351.213(d)(1) provide that the
Department will rescind an
administrative review if the party that
requested the review withdraws its
request for review within 90 days of the
date of publication of the notice of

review in a timely manner. Therefore,
the Department is rescinding the
administrative review of the
antidumping duty order on low
enriched uranium from France for the
period February 1, 2006 through January

Antidumping duties shall be assessed at
rates equal to the cash deposit of
estimated antidumping duties required
at the time of entry, or withdrawal from

accordance with 19 CFR
351.212(c)(1)(i). The Department
intends to issue appropriate assessment
instructions to CBP 15 days after
publication of this notice in the Federal

This notice serves as a final reminder
to importers of their responsibility
under 19 CFR 351.402(f) to file a
certificate regarding the reimbursement
of antidumping duties prior to
liquidation of the relevant entries
during this review period. Failure to
comply with this requirement could
result in the Secretary’s assumption that
reimbursement of antidumping duties
occurred and subsequent assessment of
double antidumping duties.
Notification Regarding APOs
This notice also serves as a reminder
to parties subject to administrative
protective orders (APO) of their
responsibility concerning the return or
destruction of proprietary information
