Accordingly, it is being published in the Federal Register to ensure that adequate notice has been given of an opportunity to request a hearing on the Confirmatory Order. The effective date of the Confirmatory Order remains February 21, 2007, and its publication in the Federal Register does not impose any new or different requirements on the licensee.
