FERC Gas Tariff, Original Volume No. 1,
Substitute Fifteenth Revised No. 4, to be
effective May 1, 2007, subject to certain
conditions.
Any person desiring to protest this
filing must file in accordance with Rule
211 of the Commission’s Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR
