New information shows that leased workers of HSS Material Management Solutions and Oberle & Associates, Inc. were employed on-site at the New Castle, Indiana location of Delphi. Based on these findings, the Department is amending this certification to include leased workers of HSS Material Management Solutions and Oberle & Associates, Inc. working on-site at Delphi, New Castle, Indiana. The intent of the Department’s certification is to include all workers employed on-site at Delphi, New Castle, Indiana who were adversely affected by a shift in production to Mexico. The amended notice applicable to TA–W–60,819 is hereby issued as follows: All workers of Enhanced Mfg.
