Each State or Unit of Local Government must prepare and submit an annual report at the end of every fiscal year. The report addresses the activities conducted with the funds provided during the year. The information collected from the annual report will be aggregated into an annual profile of how States have utilized the funds and establish best practices for election officials. It will also provide an overview of the State election goals and accomplishment and permit the Administration on Developmental Disabilities to track voting progress to monitor grant activities. SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing a public meeting entitled ‘‘Preparation for ICH meetings in Brussels, Belgium’’ to provide information and receive comments on the International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) as well as the upcoming meetings in Brussels, Belgium. The topics to be discussed are the topics for discussion at the forthcoming ICH Steering Committee Meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to solicit public input prior to the next Steering Committee and Expert Working Groups meetings in Brussels, Belgium, May 5 through 10, 2007, at which discussion of the topics underway and the future of ICH will continue.
