SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
AGENCY:

We determine that it is not practicable
to complete the preliminary results of
this review within the original time
limit. Due to the large number of
programs under review, the Department
needs additional time to analyze the
questionnaire responses and issue
appropriate supplemental
questionnaires. Therefore, the
Department is extending the deadline
for completion of the preliminary
results of this administrative review of
the countervailing duty order on PET
film from India by 120 days from April
2, 2007 until no later than July 31, 2007.
This notice is issued and published
pursuant to sections 751(a)(3)(A) and
777(i)(1) of the Act.

of 1930, as amended (the Act) and
section 351.213(h)(1) of the
Department’s regulations require the
Department to issue the preliminary
results of a review within 245 days after
the last day of the anniversary month of
the order or suspension agreement for
which the administrative review was
requested, and final results of the
review within 120 days after the date on
which the notice of the preliminary
results is published in the Federal
Register. However, if the Department
determines that it is not practicable to
complete the review within the
aforementioned specified time limits,
section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act and
section 351.213(h)(2) of the
Department’s regulations allow the

This administrative review covers the

SUMMARY: The NOAA Office of Ocean
and Coastal Resource Management
(OCRM) announces the postponement of
the previously scheduled Coastal Zone
Management Act program evaluation of
the U.S. Virgin Islands Coastal
Management Program.
DATE AND TIME POSTPONEMENT: Notice
was previously given in the Federal
Register on February 27, 2007, that the
Virgin Islands Coastal Management
Program evaluation site visit was
scheduled for June 25–29, 2007. Three
public meetings were scheduled during
the week. The evaluation site visit has
been postponed to a date yet to be
determined. The public meetings will
also be rescheduled after the site visit is
rescheduled. Notice will be given in the
Federal Register when the site visit and
public meeting dates have been
established.

applications.
SUMMARY: The Olympic Coast National
Marine Sanctuary (OCNMS or
sanctuary) is seeking applicants for the
following vacant seat on its Sanctuary
Advisory Council (council): Citizen-atlarge alternate. Applicants are chosen
based upon their particular expertise
and experience in relation to the seat for
which they are applying; community
and professional affiliations; philosophy
regarding the protection and
management of marine resources; and
possibly the length of residence in the
area affected by the sanctuary. The
applicant who is chosen should expect
to serve out the remainder of the term,
pursuant to the council’s Charter.
DATES: Applications are due by May 31,
2007.
