SUMMARY: On Thursday, January 4,
2007, the Environmental Protection
Agency published a proposed rule
entitled ‘‘NPDES Permit Fee Incentive
for Clean Water Act Section 106 Grants;
Allotment Formula.’’ Written comments
on the proposed rulemaking were
required to be submitted to EPA on or
before March 5, 2007, (a 60-day public
comment period). EPA has received
several requests for additional time to
submit comments on the proposed rule.
Therefore, the public comment period is
being reopened for an additional 60-day
comment period.
DATES: Comments must be received on
or before May 14, 2007.
