SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Title III of the Export Trading Company Act of 1982 (15 U.S.C. 4001–21) authorizes the Secretary of Commerce to issue Export Trade Certificates of Review. An Export Trade Certificate of Review protects the holder and the members identified in the Certificate from state and federal government antitrust actions and from private treble damage antitrust actions for the export conduct specified in the Certificate and carried out in compliance with its terms and conditions. Section 302(b)(1) of the Export Trading Company Act of 1982 and 15 CFR 325.6(a) require the Secretary to publish a notice in the Federal Register identifying the applicant and summarizing its proposed export conduct. Request for Public Comments Interested parties may submit written comments relevant to the determination whether an amended Certificate should be issued. If the comments include any privileged or confidential business information, it must be clearly marked and a nonconfidential version of the comments (identified as such) should be included. Any comments not marked privileged or confidential business information will be deemed to be nonconfidential. An original and five (5) copies, plus two (2) copies of the nonconfidential version, should be submitted no later than 20 days after the date of this notice to: Export Trading Company Affairs, International Trade Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, Room 7021–B H, Washington, DC 20230. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This workshop is intended to initiate dialog between members of the fishing community, stock assessment authors, data managers, and interested members of the public. The specific objectives of the workshop are to: (1) Discuss the data used in the sablefish and longnose skate stock assessments including details on collections methods, current observed trends, and how the data will be incorporated into the assessment models; (2) discuss the rationale for making assumptions in the models, especially when data are missing or insufficient; (3) identify anomalies in the data and provide possible explanations; and (4) identify data gaps and future research possibilities. All participants are encouraged to pre-register for the workshop by contacting Ms. Stacey Miller, Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC) by phone at (206)437–5670 or by email at Stacey.Miller@noaa.gov. Although non-emergency issues not contained in the meeting agenda may come before the workshop participants for discussion, those issues may not be the subject of formal workshop action during this meeting. Workshop action will be restricted to those issues specifically listed in this notice and any issues arising after publication of this notice that require emergency action under section 305(c) of the MagnusonStevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act, provided the public has been notified of the workshop participants’ intent to take final action to address the emergency. NOAA Fisheries will hold a workshop to discuss the data and models that will be used in the upcoming stock assessments for sablefish and longnose skate. Administration, Department of Commerce, has received an application to 
amend an Export Trade Certificate of Review (``Certificate''). This 
notice summarizes the proposed amendment and requests comments relevant

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Title III of the Export Trading Company Act
