Self-Regulatory Organization’s Statement of the Terms of Substance of the Proposed Rule Change The Exchange proposes to list and trade options on the Price-Return Nuveen Municipal Closed-End Fund Index (‘‘NMUNP’’) (the ‘‘Nuveen Municipal Fund Index’’ or ‘‘Index’’), an index based on the shares of exchangelisted closed-end management investment companies that are exempt from federal income tax by investing in portfolios of bonds issued by state and local governments and agencies (‘‘Closed-End Funds’’ or ‘‘Funds’’).
