The notice was published in the Federal Register on October 16, 2006 (71 FR 60762). At the request of the State agency and a company official, the Department reviewed the certification for workers of the subject firm. Based on these findings, the Department is amending this certification to correctly identify the subject firm name to read Jones Apparel of Texas II, Ltd, Armour Facility, El Paso, Texas. The intent of the Department’s certification is to include all workers of the El Paso, Texas location of the subject firm who was adversely affected by a shift in production to China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Egypt and the Hashemite facilities in China.
