Background
The Commission instituted these
reviews on September 1, 2005 (70 FR
52124) and determined on December 5,
2005, that it would conduct full reviews
(70 FR 73452, December 12, 2005).
Notice of the scheduling of the
Commission’s reviews and of a public
hearing to be held in connection
therewith was given by posting copies
of the notice in the Office of the
Secretary, U.S. International Trade
Commission, Washington, DC, and by
publishing the notice in the Federal
Register on February 16, 2006 (71 FR
8311). The hearing was held in
Washington, DC, on June 20, 2006, and
all persons who requested the
opportunity were permitted to appear in
person or by counsel.
The Commission transmitted its
determination in these reviews to the
Secretary of Commerce on August 16,
2006. The views of the Commission are
contained in USITC Publication 3877
(August 2006), entitled Certain Welded
Stainless Steel Pipe from Korea and
Taiwan: Investigation Nos. 731–TA–540
and 541 (Second Review).
4. Inv. No. 701–TA–442 and 443 and
731–TA–1095–1097 (Final) (Certain
Lined Paper School Supplies from
China, India, and Indonesia)—briefing
and vote. (The Commission is currently
scheduled to transmit its determination
and Commissioners’ opinions to the
Secretary of Commerce on or before
September 21, 2006).
5. Inv. Nos. 731–TA–703 and 705
(Second Review) (Furfuryl Alcohol from
China and Thailand)—briefing and vote.
(The Commission is currently scheduled
to transmit its determination and
Commissioners’ opinions to the
Secretary of Commerce on or before
September 13, 2006).
6. Outstanding action jackets: none.
In accordance with Commission
policy, subject matter listed above, not
disposed of at the scheduled meeting,
may be carried over to the agenda of the
following meeting.

Act), that revocation of the antidumping
duty orders on welded ASTM A–312
stainless steel pipe from Korea and
Taiwan would be likely to lead to
continuation or recurrence of material
injury to an industry in the United
States within a reasonably foreseeable
time.

AGENCY:
The Department of Justice (DOJ),
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms
and Explosives (ATF), has submitted the
following information collection request
to the Office of Management and Budget
(OMB) for review and approval in
accordance with the Paperwork
Reduction Act of 1995. The proposed
information collection is published to
obtain comments from the public and
affected agencies. Comments are
encouraged and will be accepted for
‘‘sixty days’’ until October 23, 2006.
This process is conducted in accordance
with 5 CFR 1320.10.

National Tracing Center Trace Request
and Obliterated Serial Number Trace
Request.

collection: Form Number: ATF F 3312.1
and ATF F 3312.2. Bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

or required to respond, as well as a brief
abstract: Primary: Federal Government.
Other: State, local, or tribal government.
The forms are used by the Federal,
State, Local, and International law
enforcement community to request that
ATF trace firearms used, or suspected to
have been used, in crimes.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: It is estimated that 112,123
respondents will complete each form
within 6 minutes.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: There are an estimated
22,425 annual total burden hours
associated with this collection.
