By letter dated March 31, 2006 (ML060950342), FMRI submitted a license amendment application to the NRC requesting a modification of Materials License SMB– 911, Condition 45, for its site located in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Condition 45 requires the licensee to update the financial projections in Tables 15–11 and 15–12 of its approved Decommissioning Plan (DP) from the current year through completion of decommissioning.
