Under this competition we are particularly interested in applications that address the following priorities. Invitational Priorities: For FY 2006 these priorities are invitational priorities. These priorities are: Invitational Priority 1: Projects developing innovative instructional and administrative efficiencies to broaden access to high quality and affordable higher education.
