Background The Commission instituted these reviews on March 31, 2005 (70 FR 16522) and determined on July 5, 2005 that it would conduct full reviews (70 FR 41427, July 19, 2005). Notice of the scheduling of the Commission’s reviews and of a public hearing to be held in connection therewith was given by posting copies of the notice in the Office of the Secretary, U.S. International Trade Commission, Washington, DC, and by publishing the notice in the Federal Register on September 13, 2005 (70 FR 54080).
