borrower’s adjusted gross income is not
available or does not accurately reflect
the borrower’s current income.

amendment to an existing negotiated
rate service agreement between ANR
and Wisconsin Gas L.L.C. ANR requests
an effective date of November 4, 2005.

Revised Volume No. 1, the revised tariff
sheets listed below to become effective
December 4, 2005. Dauphin Island states
that these tariff sheets reflect changes to
its statement of negotiated rates.
