Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. 1142, the 
132nd open meeting of the full Advisory Council on Employee Welfare and 
Pension Benefit Plans will be held on November 3, 2005.
    The session will take place in Room S-2508, U.S. Department of 
Labor, 200 Constitution Avenue NW., Washington, DC 20210. The meeting 
will run from 9:30 a.m. to approximately 11:30 a.m. and, if necessary, 
from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. The purpose of the open meeting is for the 
chairpersons of the three Working Groups to submit reports on their
