We will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend shipments of subject merchandise made by Jindal Poly Films, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after the date of publication of the final results of this changed circumstances review at Jindal Polyester’s antidumping duty cash deposit rate. This deposit rate shall remain in effect until publication of the final results of the next antidumping duty administrative review in which Jindal Poly Films participates.
