participation in the approval process
would defeat the purpose of the
information collection, violate State or
Federal law, or substantially interfere
with any agency’s ability to perform its

Abstract: This data collection will be
conducted annually to obtain program

activities. The information collected

Services Administration (RSA) staff in

Performance and Results Act (GPRA).
Data will primarily be collected through
an Internet form.
