Brascan Power Piney & Deep Creek LLC (Brascan Power PDC) filed an application for market-based rate authority, with an accompanying rate tariff. The proposed rate tariff provides for the sales of capacity, energy, and ancillary services at market-based rates. Brascan Power PDC also requested waiver of various Commission regulations.
