The meeting will also include:

basin hydrologic conditions; a report by
the executive director; a report by the
Commission’s general counsel; and an
opportunity for public dialogue. Draft
dockets and the resolutions scheduled
for public hearing or action on May 18,
2005, will be posted on the
Commission’s Web site, https://
www.drbc.net, where they can be
accessed through the Notice of
Commission Meeting and Public
Hearing. Additional documents relating
to the dockets and other items may be
examined at the Commission’s offices.

collection requests. OMB may amend or
waive the requirement for public
consultation to the extent that public
participation in the approval process
would defeat the purpose of the
information collection, violate State or
Federal law, or substantially interfere
with any agency’s ability to perform its
statutory obligations. The Leader,
Information Management Case Services
Team, Regulatory Information
Management Services, Office of the
Chief Information Officer, publishes that
notice containing proposed information
collection requests prior to submission
of these requests to OMB. Each
proposed information collection,
grouped by office, contains the

LLC (Brascan Power PDC) filed an
application for market-based rate
authority, with an accompanying rate
tariff. The proposed rate tariff provides
for the sales of capacity, energy, and
ancillary services at market-based rates.
Brascan Power PDC also requested
waiver of various Commission
regulations. In particular, Brascan
Power PDC requested that the
Commission grant blanket approval
under 18 CFR part 34 of all future
