In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR), is proposing to renew an information collection with revisions. ONRR seeks renewed authority to collect information from lessees using five forms necessary to determine the correct royalties to be collected on behalf of Indian Tribes and individual Indian mineral owners. Revisions from the prior approval to collect this information are necessary because the information collection requirements on form ONRR-4410 were reduced by a rule in 2015.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR), is proposing to renew the Accounts Receivable Confirmations Reporting information collection. Every year, under the Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990, mineral lessees are asked to confirm the accuracy of randomly-selected ONRR accounts receivable. Accounts receivable confirmations are a common financial audit practice that require approval under the PRA.

Major Portion Prices and Due Date for Additional Royalty Payments on Indian Gas Production in Designated Areas Not Associated With an Index Zone
Final regulations for valuing gas produced from Indian leases, published August 10, 1999, require the Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) to determine major portion prices and notify industry by publishing the prices in the Federal Register. The regulations also require ONRR to publish a due date for industry to pay additional royalties based on the major portion prices. Consistent with these requirements, this notice provides major portion prices for the 12 months of calendar year 2016.

States' Decisions on Participating in Accounting and Auditing Relief for Federal Oil and Gas Marginal Properties
ONRR regulations provide two types of accounting and auditing relief for Federal onshore or Outer Continental Shelf lease production from marginal properties. Each year ONRR provides a list of qualifying marginal Federal oil and gas properties to States that receive a portion of Federal royalties from those properties. Each State then decides whether to participate in one or both relief options. For calendar year 2018, we provide this notice of the affected States' decisions to allow one or both types of relief.
Inflation Adjustments to Civil Monetary Penalty Rates for Calendar Year 2018
