Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, and has issued a general exclusion order under section 337(g)(2), 19 U.S.C. 1337(g)(2), and terminated the investigation. The Commission has decided to grant complainant's motion to file a surreply.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on May 15, 2006, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Telcordia Technologies, Inc. of Piscataway, New Jersey. An amended complaint was filed on June 5, 2006. The complaint as amended alleges violations of section 337 in the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain equipment for telecommunications or data communications networks, including routers, switches, and hubs, and components thereof, by reason of infringement of claims 1, 3, and 4 of U.S. Patent No. 4,893,306, claims 1, 3, 5, 8, 11, and 33 of U.S. Patent No. Re. 36,633, and claims 1, 2, 7, and 8 of U.S. Patent No. 4,835,763. The amended complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a permanent limited exclusion order and permanent cease and desist orders.
