Stainless Steel Butt-Weld Pipe Fittings From Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders
As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of these AD orders.
Uranium From the Russian Federation: Continuation of Suspension of Antidumping Investigation
As a result of determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) that termination of the Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Investigation on Uranium from the Russian Federation (Agreement) and the suspended investigation on uranium from the Russian Federation (Russia) would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping, and by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) that termination of the suspended investigation would likely lead to material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing this notice of continuation of the Agreement.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) continues to find that Tianjin Magnesium International, Co., Ltd. (TMI) and Tianjin Magnesium Metal, Co., Ltd. (TMM) had no shipments of subject merchandise covered by the antidumping duty order on magnesium metal from the People's Republic of China (China) for the period of review (POR) April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that Cellpage Ventures Private Limited (Cellpage) made sales of certain lined paper products from India at prices below normal value, and Navneet Education Ltd. (Navneet) did not, during the period of review (POR) September 1, 2020, through August 31, 2021.
Ripe Olives From Spain: Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2020; Correction
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published a notice in the Federal Register of March 9, 2023, in which Commerce determined that certain producers/exporters of ripe olives from Spain received countervailable subsidies during the period of review January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020. This notice corrects the final results as it pertains to the net countervailable subsidy rate for Aceitunas Guadalquivir S.L.U. and its cross-owned affiliates.

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (pipe and tube) and circular welded non-alloy steel pipe (CWP) imported into the United States during the period of inquiry, January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2021, were not completed in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam) using hot-rolled steel (HRS) manufactured in Taiwan, and, therefore, no such imports are circumventing the antidumping duty (AD) orders on pipe and tube and CWP from Taiwan. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary determinations.
