Department of Veterans Affairs October 5, 2010 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) published in the Federal Register of September 29, 2010, a document amending its adjudication regulations concerning presumptive service connection for certain diseases. In the regulatory text of that document, VA inadvertently omitted a comma following the word ``etiology'' in the first sentence of Sec. 3.317(a)(2)(ii). This document corrects that omission.
