This notice sets forth the schedule and proposed agenda of an upcoming meeting of the Manufactured Housing Consensus Committee (the Committee) to be held via telephone conference. This meeting is open to the general public, which may participate by following the instructions below.
Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Requirements
The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. The Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. 1701, et seq., requires developers to register subdivisions or condominiums of 100 more non-exempt lots or units with HUD. The developer must give each purchaser a property report that meets HUD's requirements before the purchaser signs the sales contract or agreement for sales or lease.
