EIA, pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, intends to extend for 3 years the petroleum marketing survey forms listed below with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB):

The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed 3-year extension of EIA Form EIA-914 Monthly Natural Gas Production Report.

The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed new Form EIA- 111, ``Quarterly Electricity Imports and Exports Report.'' This new form would supersede the existing Form OE-781R, ``Monthly Electricity Imports and Exports Report''. The Form OE-781R is currently suspended and would be terminated with the implementation of the proposed Form EIA-111.

The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed revision and 3- year extension of the surveys in the Natural Gas Data Collection Program Package. The surveys covered by this request include: Form EIA-176, ``Annual Report of Natural and Supplemental Gas Supply and Disposition'' EIA-191M, ``Monthly Underground Gas Storage Report'' EIA-191A, ``Annual Underground Gas Storage Report'' EIA-757, ``Natural Gas Processing Plant Survey'' EIA-857, ``Monthly Report of Natural Gas Purchases and Deliveries to Consumers'' EIA-895, ``Annual Quantity and Value of Natural Gas Production Report'' EIA-910M, ``Monthly Natural Gas Marketer Survey'' and EIA- 910A, Annual Natural Gas Marketer Survey'' EIA-912, ``Weekly Underground Natural Gas Storage Report''

The EIA has submitted the forms EIA-63A, ``Annual Solar Thermal Collector Manufacturers Survey,'' EIA-63B, ``Annual Photovoltaic Module/Cell Manufacturers Survey,'' and the EIA-902, ``Annual Geothermal Heat Pump Manufacturers Survey,'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104- 13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).

The EIA proposes to change the data confidentiality protection provisions for data collected from the ``Annual Nonutility Power Producer Report'' Form EIA-867.

The EIA has submitted the Energy Information Administration's Manufacturing Energy Consumption Survey to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).

The EIA has submitted the Uranium Data Program Forms EIA-851A, ``Domestic Uranium Production ReportAnnual,'' EIA-851Q, ``Domestic Uranium Production ReportQuarterly,'' and EIA-858, ``Uranium Marketing Annual Survey,'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq., at 3507(h)(1)).

The EIA has submitted the Financial Reporting EIA-28 Surveys package to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq).

The EIA published a document in the Federal Register of July 6, 2009 announcing the submission of the form OE-781R, ``Monthly Electricity Imports and Exports Report'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and comment of a proposed three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). The burden estimate published in this Federal Register notice, was incorrectly noted as 3,656 hours. The correct burden estimate is 1,926 hours. Additionally, ``Fossil Energy'' cited in paragraph (6) of the SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION section should have been referred to as ``the Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability.''

The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed three-year extension to Form NWPA-830R, ``Appendix GStandard Remittance Advice for Payment of Fees (including Annex A and Annex B to Appendix G).''

The EIA issued a Proposed Collection Comment Request on ``Report of Refinery Outages,'' 73 FR 10745, Thursday, February 28, 2008. EIA is postponing a decision on pursuing this survey until spring 2009. This notice is an informational update on the reason for EIA's postponement of decision and EIA's activities in this area.
