The Corporation for National and Community Service, operating as AmeriCorps, has submitted an information collection request entitled Generic Information Collection Request for Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.

The ODNI is publishing this notice to announce that the following Federal Advisory Committee meeting of the National Intelligence University Board of Visitors will take place. This meeting is closed to the public. This notice is being published less than 15 days prior to the meeting date due to administrative delays.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (``Commission'') is reopening the comment period for a release (``Investment Management Cybersecurity Release'') proposing new rules under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (``Advisers Act'') and the Investment Company Act of 1940 (``Investment Company Act'') that would require registered investment advisers (``advisers'') and investment companies (``funds'') to adopt and implement written cybersecurity policies and procedures reasonably designed to address cybersecurity risks, disclose information about cybersecurity risks and incidents, report information confidentially to the Commission about certain cybersecurity incidents, and maintain related records. Reopening the comment period for the Investment Management Cybersecurity Release will allow interested persons additional time to analyze the issues and prepare their comments in light of other regulatory developments on cybersecurity.

In this document, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB or Bureau) seeks comment on its proposed procedures related to the filing of Phase II Certifications of Accelerated Relocation (Certifications) and on implementation of the Commission's incremental reduction plan for Phase II Accelerated Relocation Payments (ARPs) as part of the ongoing transition of the 3.7 GHz band. Filers responding to this Public Notice should submit comments in GN Docket No. 23-97.

USAID Bureau for Legislative and Public Affairs (LPA) and USAID/Ghana Mission are collaborating to conduct research regarding public perception of USAID programs in Ghana. The goal of this research is to use both qualitative and quantitative methods to gain insights into Ghanaian people's awareness and perceptions of development and USAID assistance programs and activities. The research will also narrow preferred media channels. The research data in the report will be aggregated and not provide PII or other privacy-related information. The Small Business Administration (SBA) intends to request approval, from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for the collection of information described below. The Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995 requires federal agencies to publish a notice in the Federal Register concerning each proposed collection of information before submission to OMB, and to allow 60 days for public comment in response to the notice. This notice complies with that requirement.

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an order to extend until May 25, 2024, the effectiveness of a May 25, 2021, order, which approved the indirect transfer of Public Service Company of New Mexico's interests in Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-41, NPF-51, and NPF-74 for the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station (Palo Verde), Units 1, 2, and 3, respectively, and the associated general license for the Palo Verde independent spent fuel storage installation to Avangrid, Inc.

The National Center for Science and Engineering Statistics (NCSES) within the National Science Foundation (NSF) has submitted the following information collection requirements to OMB for review and clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This is the second notice for public comment; the first was published in the Federal Register, and two comments were received. NSF is forwarding the proposed submission to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for clearance simultaneously with the publication of this second notice.

As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork burdens, and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or the Commission) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on the following information collection. Comments are requested concerning: whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the Commission, including whether the information shall have practical utility; the accuracy of the Commission's burden estimate; ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information collected; ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on the respondents, including the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and ways to further reduce the information collection burden on small business concerns with fewer than 25 employees. In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, we are issuing public notice of our intent to modify an existing system of records entitled, Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income Demonstration Projects and Experiments System (60-0218), last published on January 11, 2006. This notice publishes details of the modified system as set forth below under the caption, SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION.

The Commission hereby gives notice that it will proceed with full reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty order and antidumping duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. A schedule for the reviews will be established and announced at a later date.
