Section 2-18 - Subpoenas

Attorneys may issue subpoenas according to law. Any non-attorney party may request the hearing officer to issue a subpoena to compel the attendance of a witness or for the production of documents. Requests for the issuance of a subpoena shall be accompanied by a completed subpoena, which shall conform to Rule 45 of the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure, which is set forth in its entirety in Appendix A. Parties may utilize the form subpoena at Appendix B to these Rules.
