Section 3-10 - Designation of Presiding Officers

The Board may designate a presiding officer who is knowledgeable of and qualified in the particular areas of taxation which are the subject of the appeal. The presiding officer shall act impartially. Presiding officers shall have the authority provided by W.S. 16-3-112(b).
