Section 2-9 - Designation of Presiding Officer

The Board may designate as presiding officer one or more member(s) of the Board, the Executive Secretary of the Board, the Staff Attorney of the Board, or a licensed attorney employed by or on contract with the State of Wyoming who is knowledgeable of and qualified in the particular areas of taxation that are the subject of the appeal. The presiding officer shall act impartially and have the authority provided by W. S. 16-3-112(b).
