Section 2-8 - Service of Case Notice and Other Pleadings

Petitioner shall mail or personally deliver to the Director of the Department a case notice and any other pleadings that Petitioner filed with the Board. The Department shall serve any pleadings it filed on Petitioner by mail and on any other party. If any party is represented, the Department shall serve its pleadings by mail on the representative.
