Section 2-2 - Purpose and Application of Rules

These rules are intended to provide a uniform and understandable process for contested cases affording de novo review of administrative decisions of the Departments of Revenue or Transportation, and of a county assessor for certified cases accepted by the Board. These rules shall apply to contested cases authorized in the Wyoming Statutes and brought before the Board from any final administrative decision of the Department of Revenue, Department of Transportation, or a county assessor (for certified cases accepted by the Board).
