Section 2-16 - Notice of Hearing

The Board shall by notice set a date, time, and place for the hearing of the case. The notice shall also set forth the nature of the hearing. Unless the Board finds an emergency exists or it is necessary and proper for the matter to be heard sooner, the notice shall be delivered by mail or personally to all parties at least 30 days before the date set for hearing.
