Section 4-6 - Non-allowable expenses

(a) Non-allowable expenses for food service operations shall be as follows:
(i) Any costs already resourced through the
Education Resource Block Grant Model (i.e. maintenance and custodial
services);
(ii)
Depreciation;
(iii) Indirect
costs;
(iv) Inventories;
and,
(v) Utilities (unless the
building is stand-alone used solely and directly for food service operations
and not claimed as 2004-05 general fund utilities in the funding
model).
